Updated: London, 25 June 2024 <\/strong>– Gambody Marketplace has been providing a platform for skilled 3D artists from all over the world for over 10 years. All the publications were carefully reviewed and moderated by a team of Gambody professionals. But it was high time we opened our doors wider and invited talented 3D artists to publish their works more freely on our platform through Gambody\u2019s 3D Printing Stock section!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

What is the Stock section on Gambody?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The 3D printing Stock section on Gambody is a separate section<\/strong> in our website’s menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Stock<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The models published in the 3D printing Stock section are preserved as created by the Author<\/strong> – the design, model’s cutting, or the STL files provided are not moderated by Gambody<\/strong>. The growing Stock selection is updated independently<\/strong> by authors who can upload and publish their new projects themselves. So make sure to keep an eye on the latest additions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I purchase models from the Stock?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The models from the Stock section can only be purchased in an order separate from the Premium STL files<\/strong> by Gambody. If a Premium model is added to the Cart, the Stock models are deleted automatically<\/strong>, and vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that Gambody’s running campaigns and offers<\/strong> do not apply to the models from the Stock section unless an offer is explicitly announced for Stock selection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I reach out to the Author of an item?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you have any feedback<\/strong>, questions<\/strong>, or complaints<\/strong> about a model from the 3D printing Stock section, you can leave them directly on the page of the item<\/strong>, in the comments section<\/strong>. The consideration of the provided feedback is up to the Author<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does Gambody Technical Support apply to the Stock items?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The models published in the Stock section are not subject to technical support by Gambody<\/strong>, and we do not offer any guarantees on the 3D printing results. The Authors can provide technical support if they wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a Premium version of a Stock model be published on Gambody?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Gambody always considers our customers’ wishes! If there’s an item from the “Stock” section that you would like to see moderated by Gambody<\/strong>, you can add your vote<\/strong> for the model to be reviewed for Premium publication. The more votes the item gets, the sooner the Premium version of the model with Gambody improvements<\/strong>, smart-cutting<\/strong>, promo, and technical support <\/strong>will be released!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Premium version will be published separately <\/strong>in a thematic category of our catalogue, and every interested hobbyist can purchase it at full price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a 3D artist, what will this change for me?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All stock submissions to Gambody are uploaded and published by the authors and appear in our “Stock” section immediately! If you would like to offer your 3D model or figurine for purchase<\/strong> on our website, you can sign up as an Author<\/a> and upload your work through the standard “Upload” form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The submission must contain files in STL format<\/strong>, a maximum of 200 MB<\/strong> each, preferably with the model cut into assembly parts<\/strong>. If your submission meets these criteria, you will see your model in the “Stock” section at once! More useful information for our contributing 3D artists can be found in our Knowledge Base<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N.B.: If a model receives a lot of negative feedback that is not addressed by the Author, the item will be deleted from the website.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much will I earn as the Author?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For every purchase of your item from the “Stock” section, you will receive an 80% profit share<\/strong>. If your model from the “Stock” section receives a separate Premium version<\/strong> moderated by Gambody, you will continue receiving an 80% profit share for the sales of your Stock item<\/strong> and start receiving a 50% profit share for the sales of the Premium item<\/strong> as per the usual cooperation scheme with Gambody contributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
