Resin Printers (SLA/DLP) - Highest Detail
- Layer Height: 0.05 mm (Optimal for fine details on the helmet and chest box).
- Supports: Light to Medium. We recommend angling the figure slightly backward to protect the facial details and minimize supports on the front of the suit.
- Hollowing: Recommended for this size to save resin. Add drain holes discreetly at the back or bottom of the base.
II. FDM (Filament) Printers - Quality & Display
- Layer Height: 0.12 mm (This is crucial for capturing the details on his chest box and helmet).
- Supports: Tree (Auto) supports are highly recommended.
- Support Placement: Touching Buildplate (A small support will be needed under the chin/mask).
- Adhesion: A Brim (5-7 lines) is essential to keep the small feet and base securely on the build plate.
