Description

3D printing model features

Danes Castle is a historic fortified site in Exeter, Devon, England. This 3D-printable architectural model represents the castle site in miniature, capturing its overall form and the character of a historic defensive structure. The model is about 85 mm tall, with an approximate footprint of 220 x 138 mm. It is suitable for collectors of British castles, enthusiasts of medieval architecture, local history researchers, and hobbyists creating historical landscapes or architectural displays. The design offers a way to explore the appearance of a historic English fortification through a physical miniature, making it a useful addition to collections focused on castles, defensive architecture, and historic landmarks. Printed size: about 220 x 138 mm footprint and 85 mm tall - sized to fit a standard 256 x 256 mm print bed in one piece (display model, not to scale). Print-ready model: the file was prepared and sliced before publishing, so you know it reaches the plate cleanly. Sliced with 0.20 mm layer height, a 0.4 mm nozzle, 20% cubic infill, 2 wall loops and PLA (supports: normal(auto)). Profile prepared on a Bambu Lab A1. Both the STL and the sliced 3MF project are included.
