💀I don’t just design masks—I design manifestations. Each piece is a reflection of the layers we wear every day, the masks that hide or reveal what’s inside.
This mask is more than a file—it’s my first step. The beginning of turning an idea into something real, layer by layer.
The Oni has always symbolized inner struggle and raw power, and this design is my way of capturing that energy. I started Grim Layer 3D to create pieces that aren’t just props, but reflections of what we carry inside—the masks we wear, the battles we fight, and the transformations we go through.
This Oni mask marks the start of that path. It’s wearable, customizable, and built to become whatever you make it—whether that’s a cosplay piece, a stage prop, or a work of art hanging on your wall.💀

3D PRINT SETTINGS 🖨️
FDM (PLA / PETG Recommended):
• Layer Height: 0.15–0.2mm
• Walls: 3–4
• Infill: 10–20% (Gyroid recommended)
• Supports: Yes (Tree/Organic recommended)
• Orientation: Slight upward/back tilt for best surface detail
• Adhesion: Not typically required (ensure good first layer)
Resin (Recommended for highest detail on half masks):
• Layer Height: 0.03–0.05mm
• Supports: Medium density, focused on edges and overhangs
• Orientation: Angled to reduce suction and preserve detail
Post-Processing:
• Light sanding may be required
• Padding recommended for comfort
• Strap system required (holes included in model)
NOTE ⚠️
Half masks have been tested successfully in both FDM and resin.
Full masks are designed primarily for FDM printing and may require minor adjustments depending on your printer and settings.
