Use the precut models, or the included 3mf file to print as per the image, the bottom half i printed in pla white at low infill (for glow) and the top half (of the bottom piece you print with supports and take your time to remove them Carefully.
The top is fast and easy and you simply glue these parts together to create the glow lamp.
