Description
Peacock Heart Charm - STL file - Description

3D model description

A cute, highly detailed peacock figurine holding a heart, sculpted with intricate feather patterns, decorative crest, stylized tail “eyes”, and ornate base. The model preserves all sculpted detail for faithful prints on both FDM and resin (SLA/DLP) machines — perfect as a pendant, keychain charm, desk ornament or collectible.

3D printing settings

🖨️ FDM (PLA / PETG) — recommended settings

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.12 mm for finest detail)

Walls / Perimeters: 3–4

Infill: 10–20% (pendant) / 20–35% (display)

Supports: required under the crest, deep tail undercuts, underside of wings/feathers and the heart if printed attached

Orientation tip: print upright with a slight tilt (~5–15°) so supports attach to less visible rear areas; consider printing base and body separately to avoid support marks on the front details.

Print speed: 40–60 mm/s

🧪 Resin (SLA / DLP) — recommended settings

Layer height: 0.025–0.05 mm (0.05 mm typical)

Orientation: tilt 10–20° to avoid large flat facets and improve surface finish

Supports: fine supports under tail feathers, crest, heart underside and loop; place supports on low-visibility areas (back of tail/neck)

Post-processing: wash + cure per resin manufacturer; trim supports carefully to preserve feather detail

Resin printing is recommended for the highest-fidelity reproduction of feather texture and small ornamentation.
