This bundle consists of Anycubic Photon Mono 2 Resin 3D Printer, Aragorn 3D Printing Figurine, Sauron 3D Printing Figurine, Treebeard 3D Printing Figurine and Nazgul 3D Printing Figurine The 3D printing models come in the form of digital files in StereoLithography (.STL) format that is optimized for DLP/SLA 3D printing.

IMPORTANT: After the purchase, your shipping information will be delivered to Anycubic 3D printer manufacturer, who will take care of the Photon Mono 2 printer’s shipping and provide the tracking number. ABOUT THE 3D PRINTER

The Anycubic Photon Mono 2 is the ideal option for beginners venturing into resin 3D printing. Geared towards enhancing the user experience and increasing printing success rates, this printer features a 6.6-inch monochrome LCD screen boasting a resolution of 4096x2560. This high resolution facilitates the display of intricate details in 3D models.

To ensure the durability of the device, the Photon Mono 2 incorporates an ultra-large scratch-resistant screen protector. This protector not only prevents screen scratches but also acts as a barrier against resin penetration, contributing to the long-term reliability of the printer.

Sauron, Aragorn, Lord Nazgul, and Treebeard models for 3D Printing were carefully designed by our talented contributing 3D artists and thoroughly moderated and adapted for 3D printing by Gambody team. This bundle comprises the DLP/SLA version that are specifically adapted to be printed on resin 3D printers such as the Anycubic Photon Mono 2. The process of adaptation presupposes that practical aspects of printing the model using the DLP/SLA/LCD technology are taken into account, and the model's scale and cutting are chosen to ensure an optimum result of printing.

3D PRINTING MODELS' SPECIFICATIONS

Sauron 3D Printing Figurine:

DLP/SLA/SLS Pre-supported 1.0 version features:

  • Contains 19 parts;
  • A printed model is 190 mm tall, 157 mm wide, 172 mm deep;
  • The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supportedhollowed out, and have drain holes where needed;
  • You may choose to print the STL files one by one or several at once, depending on the dimensions of your resin 3D printer's build plate;
  • When slicing several STL files at once, the attachment layers (Platform Touch Shape) may overlap, but the supports must not come into contact.

Treebeard 3D Printing Figurine:

DLP/SLA Pre-supported 1.0 version features:

  • Contains 10 parts;
  • A printed model is 278 mm tall, 145 mm wide, 171 mm deep;
  • The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supportedhollowed out, and have drain holes where needed;
  • You may choose to print the STL files one by one or several at once, depending on the dimensions of your resin 3D printer's build plate;

Disclaimer: Printing settings for the Anycubic Photon Mono 2 3D printer should be compiled individually depending on the colour, type and brand of resin you are using.

Before getting down to the 3D printing of the intended project, make sure that your machine is set up in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and properly levelled. Use test models to configure the perfect parameters for your 3D printer and resin.

When adjusting the printing settings for particular resin, pay close attention to the UV wavelength required for its curing. The higher the required wavelength is - the higher your printing parameters should be.

If you are using the official Photon Workshop slicer, we recommend starting off with the default recommended settings for the Anycubic Photon Mono 2 3D printer. For that, open the Photon Workshop application > click on the "Settings" button > choose Photon Mono 2 in the list of 3D printers. Try tweaking the printing parameters to improve your 3D printing results - lower and increase the settings by 20% and compare the test prints. Choose the best configuration and proceed to the 3D printing of your chosen model!

Note: If you would like to speed up the 3D printing process without losing the printing quality, you can increase the Layer Thickness to 0.05 mm. In that event, the Exposure Time for all layers should be increased accordingly.
