Merci beaucoup pour ce modèle. Il est vraiment magnifique. Je l'imprime en PETG HS ERYONE, nozzle en 0.25 et layer en 0.06 mm sur Flashforge ADM 5 PRO. Patrice
Very detailed model, accurately made but the best bit..... I scaled it to 1:1 and all files held perfectly and now I enjoy a full size light up terminator. In addition it is not too hard to slightly mod the files to add servos or motors. I love it when people come round it scares the living soul out of them LOL. You cant ask for a better file, ive seen many terminator files and this by far is the best.
Just thumbing through the files. Good lord. Extremely high poly with quality surfaces. Im pretty sure i could upscale these and print out very close to a 1:350 scale. Please jesus pay this guy to do an s rank enterprise E model.
An absolute monster of a build. And it has great details And the addon packages makes this exceptional detailed an fun print. I is estimated to use 11kg of filament and 750 hours of print time on my Bambu A1.
It is about time a decent model was produced of the USS Cygnus from Disney's "The Black Hole." The modeling of the files for the Cygnus is outstanding. All the parts print well and fit perfectly. The instructions are clear and concise. I'm using a Bambu Lab H2D to print the parts at .12 resolution. It will take some time to print all the parts out, but it is well worth the wait.
I was a bit leery about printing something like this. But after the front body and cockpit was printed I knew it will be good looking. Here it is in pre-paint. Not sure of the colour scheme, yet.
This was a great build from start to finish with clear instruction notes, there was a few parts that had to be printed at different orientations to get the best results but overall a very detailed model. I have printed 2 time machines now and would recommend this model to anyone who is into classic sci fi.
I upscaled the FFF model from 100 to 150. Detail turned out amazing. I still have to add the antennas. But these should provide a good idea.
I had zero issues withthe model or any settings. Printed on my Saturn with ABS like resin, with a vat heater at 85F. Beatiful prints, no issues withassembly or any failures of any kind.I love the size of the figures, great for display!
Awesome model - makes for a great display piece. Printed everything full size on my Ender 3 S1-Plus. Pieces fit together nicely and any imperfections from joining pieces aren't visibly noticeable. One design flaw was found in the joining wing pieces - the alignment holes don't all line up. Not a big deal as there are two and it holds it together until you glue in the panels just fine. Need to go back and watch Rebels now!
fantastic For a die-hard fan, this model is an absolute must-have. It's a faithful recreation and even has the option to add internal lighting. I highly recommend it and I'm going to add it to my slicer right now!
Amazing file to work with, the model was a real pleasure to print and paint. Everything fits perfectly and the final result is very satisfying.
I think this build has more detail than the original studio model (LOL). It made me happy to find the Heart of Gold and now it sits with pride on my desk at work. I actually scaled this one down to roughly 1:1000 and even though it's smallish even the tiny windows printed out well.
Printed most of the model (at 200 odd pieces, I may have missed a few bits lol). Roughly put together, it looks amazing, not to mention much bugger than I imagined. I'm also currently programming up an Arduino mega for lighting, which is working out well, but not perfect due to limitations of both my knowledge , and limitations of the Arduino programming. The only thing I see that is missing is the fact that the instructions could be a little clearer as to if pieces should be glued together or not, obviously user choice works too though :). Pictures will come at some point when its completed, but its slow going due to the fact that I'm using a battery operated air brush, and only get about 20 mins at a time to paint it.
The bust is amazing the detail is incredible and it fits together perfectly, I printed her in resin and supported her in a way so there is very little clean up, fur and suit text just pop can’t wait to paint !
I printed this for my wife, as she is a huge Grogu fan. Painted the model in Snapmaker Orca slicer to print multicolor. Did all the parts separately and glued together. Printed mostly in Matte PLA from Overture. The biggest issues I had were in printing the candy cane and the hands. They do not like to print standing up to get the best detail, so I ended up orienting them laying down and using a raft with supports. Palms down with the hands, so the palms side is not the nicest looking because of the supports, but they are hidden by the coffee mug, so not terrible. The fit on everything was great and I look forward to printing the other versions of this for the different Holidays!
The fit and finish is phenomenal. The pieces fit together very, very well. That said, the recommended print settings are *very* slow; I would probably experiment with speeding them up if I were to reprint this (not a negative; for anyone that sees this later).
after building a few different models from Gambody, this one is my favorite. it is without a doubt the coolest model i have built, and i have been building models my whole life thanks for the enjoyment. cheers.
The model is absolutely beautiful, and I truly appreciate the hard work that went into creating it. I do have one suggestion that I hope the designer might consider. I love adding fiber-optic lighting to my builds. my Star Destroyer has over 700 individual lights, and people always comment on how incredible it looks. It would be amazing if the sides of the model could be opened up or designed with accessible sections so fiber-optic lighting can be installed throughout. Having that flexibility would take the build to another level, and I’d love to be able to exibit next to the star destroyer.
Been meaning to print this for a while but too tiny as standard so printing it at 200% and it is huge lol. Only snag I came to is the socket fittings dont screw in properly. Overall though epic model to print. Once I have more free printer time I will 500% this model. I like how the chest and the back fit together with pegs, I modded my file to take 5x2mm magnets instead to make it easier for battery replacement and repairs without having to hope it stays ion place or glue. If like me obsessed with pacific rim & robots then buy it dont hesitate lol
