It’s almost impossible not to recognize Terran Marine from one of the most popular online games. His impressive training and powered armor suit makes him extremely effective and vital in the battle. Equipped with rapid-fire rifles, the Marine’s armor suit makes him fit to be deployed in the most dangerous environments.

Although many players pay little to no attention to infantry, trying to grab the machinery, marines of the infantry do a lot of heavy lifting, engaging the enemy where enormous machines can’t reach.

You will find all these amazing features reproduced in Terran Marine model for 3D printing. This model is showcased with his C-14 Gauss Rifle pointed up, while here you can see Tarran in idle position.

Terran Marine 3D printable model is 134.84mm deep, 138.52mm wide, and 159.63mm tall. Printing time will be 59h while filament consumption will be around 35m or 278gram.

The 3D model’s downloadable files are provided in STL format, adapted for SLA/SLS and FFF printers. The 3D printing files have been repaired and corrected in Netfabb and executed in CURA 15.06 and Repetier Host, and are error-free.

On 28.09.2017 the Terran Marine 3D model was upgrated!
Now this model is divided into 11 parts. STL files are already available for purchase and download in Version 2


On 26.04.2018 a new option with the visor down was added. STL file is already available for download in “Source files” tab for Version 2 and Version 1. You can find it at the end of the list.


This model was tested in Cura 15.06. To avoid printing problems, we recommend the following settings:


  • Layer height: 0.1mm*
  • Initial layer thickness: 0.3mm
  • Bottom/top pattern: lines
  • Skin perimeter line count: 0
  • Horizontal expansion: 0.04mm (when entering 0.04mm index, the 3D printer perceives the model as monolith, i.e. as having no hidden layers).

*Layer Height 0.1mm is recommended for a better quality for the printed model. However, the printing time will double.

As a STL file provider, our goal is to ensure that the files are error-free and printable in the most accurate way. This is why, we only test print the most difficult segments of the model’s parts.

Other 3D printing recommendations:

Outer Shell Speed - 20mm/s and Support Speed - 40mm/s settings apply to avoid model deformation.  Apply other settings by default.

Disclaimer: This model will look outstanding if printed on SLA/SLS 3D printer. The accuracy of the model printed on FFF printer can vary from the result shown in the pictures.
