Printing Details

This bundle consists of Creality HALOT-ONE Resin 3D Printer, T-800 Endoskeleton 3D Printing Figurine, and Akira Bike 3D Printing Model. The 3D printing models comprise the files in StereoLithography (.STL) format that is optimized for DLP/SLA 3D printing.

ABOUT 3D PRINTING MODELS

Both T-800 Endoskeleton figurine and Akira Bike model for 3D Printing were carefully modelled by our talented contributing 3D artists and thoroughly moderated and adapted for 3D printing by Gambody team. This bundle comprises the DLP/SLA and DLP/SLA Pre-supported versions that are specifically adapted to be printed on resin 3D printers such as HALOT-ONE. The process of adaptation presupposes that practical aspects of printing the model using the DLP/SLA/LCD technology are taken into account, and the model's scale and cutting are chosen to ensure an optimum result of printing.

3D PRINTING MODELS' SPECIFICATIONS

T-800 Endoskeleton 3D Printing Figurine:
DLP/SLA version:
- Contains 136 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:4;
- A printed model is 470 mm tall, 217 mm wide, 187 mm deep;
- You can light up the model's eyesLED wiring can be easily installed throughout the neck and the head of the robot, while the battery can be hidden inside the chest;
- Thanks to the ball-and-claw joint, the head of the Endoskeleton rotates in all directions;
Shoulder can be articulated via three joints with the help of a ratchet and connectors;
Elbow bends via a ratchet and sets in motion two functioning shoulder pistons;
Wrist rotates in all directions via a ball-and-claw joint and sets in motion three functioning forearm pistons;
Each Endoskeleton's finger bends via two phalanges;
Upper body rotates in all directions via a large ball-and-claw joint located in the machine's waist;
- Rotation of the upper body sets in motion two functioning side pistons;
Hip rotates in all directions via an adjustable grip connector and sets in motion three functioning thigh pistons;
Knee bends via a ratchet and can be locked in a preferred position;
- The assembly of some of Endeskeleton's parts requires additional “pins”. These pins can be made out of short pieces of regular 1.75mm filament, regular paper clips, or you can print the 1.75mm cylinders that come with STL files;
Hydraulic cables that connect the model's parts can be printed (they come already twisted in STL files), or made out of 1.75mm filament of your choice;
- All parts are divided in such a way to fit the build plates and to ensure that support structures are generated where needed.

DLP/SLA Pre-supported version:
- Contains 13 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:4;
- A printed model stands 470 mm tall, 217 mm wide, 187 mm deep;
- The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supported for HALOT-ONEhollowed out, and have drain holes where needed;
- This version features the same technical characteristics as the DLP/SLA version.

Akira Bike 3D Printing Model:
DLP/SLA version:
- Contains 58 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:16;
- A printed model is 79 mm tall, 128 mm wide, 242 mm deep;
- Comes with a platform that has "Akira" written on it in Japanese;
- Also, the assembly kit includes various decorative objects that you can print in any quantity and arrange them on the platform in random order;
- The assembly of the version's parts requires additional "pins" made out of short pieces of a regular paper clip;
Rotating front and rear wheel;
- The headlight can be articulated;
- The accelerator and brake pedals are articulated;
- There are two variants of bike’s body and wheel covers - with and without decals;
- The kickstand can lock in place, either up or down;
- You can choose to remove the front and rear disk covers to find the highly detailed inner disks;
- The windshield, headlighttail light, and sidelights are provided separately and can be printed with transparent material; + the rearview mirrors were separated for convenient painting;
- You can light up the model's headlighttail light, and sidelightsLED wiring can be easily installed throughout the body of the vehicle, while the battery can be hidden under the handlebar;
- All parts are divided in such a way to fit the build plates and to ensure that support structures are generated where needed.

DLP/SLA Pre-supported version:
- Contains 14 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:16;
- A printed model stands 79 mm tall, 128 mm wide, 242 mm deep;
- The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supported for HALOT-ONEhollowed out, and have drain holes where needed;
- This version features the same technical characteristics as the DLP/SLA version.

Disclaimer: The following printing settings are a recommendation, not an obligation. The parameters can vary depending on the manufacturer of the particular 3D printing resin and its peculiarities. The following settings have been tested using different brands and types of 3D printing resin.

Regular (non-clear) 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 30 - 40 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
Exposure time: 3 sec.

Semi-transparent 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 30 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
Exposure time: 2.5 sec.

Clear 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 25 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
