On 12.06.2018 the model files have been optimized. We have added 4 new versions with high resolutions STL files for Astero 3D Printing Model. They now are already available for purchase and download in "Source files" tab.

 

The Astero 3D Model was reviewed and got 4 new versions for 3D printing. Changes came to all its details. Here is a list of changes and improvements:

- Now there is a new version FFF/FDM 2.0 with 1/200 scale, the versions FFF/FDM 2.1 and DLP/SLA 1.0 with 1/400 scale, and a version SLS 1.0 with 1:2000 scale that can be used to create your large collection of all EVE Online ships;
- The main body with the platform for the ship were divided into several parts for better 3D printing;
- All elements of the model were divided in such a way to print them more accurately and get a nicer model after printing and assembling it;
- All STL files have been checked and repaired in Netfabb and no errors were shown;
- Model fixed by the Locks. One part of Lock (2_Ge_lock_10H_x70) you need to print 70 times for FFF/FDM 2.0 version. One part of Lock (2_Ge_lock_10H) you need to print 7 times for FFF/FDM 2.1 version;

Here are the scales for new versions:

FFF/FDM 2.1 and DLP/SLA 1.0 version dimensions:
