Millennium Falcon Landing Gear and Décor Elements Kit 1 consists of additional parts to add to your top and bottom hulls of Millennium Falcon 3D model. This is the replication of the physical frame of the model’s underpart on which the video game spacecraft is mounted.

The landing gear and décor elements parts available for download in Kit 1 match the Millennium Falcon 3D model’s scale perfectly. Each landing gear is provided with door flaps on either side.

The beige-colored parts are the one that can be downloaded, printed and mounted on your already 3D printed Millennium Falcon model. The accurately designed chassis consists of 26 high detail fidelity parts.

The kit is designed to provide additional elements to your Millennium Falcon 3D printable model.

On 28.11.2016 the model files have been optimized and made solid. They now are adapted to be 3D printed using any slicing program. 3D model files are already available for purchase and download. 

This model was tested in Cura 15.06. To avoid printing problems, we recommend these printing settings:

  • Quality:
  • Layer height 0.1mm
  • Initial layer thickness 0.3mm
  • Bottom/top pattern: lines
  • Horizontal expansion: 0.04mm (when entering 0.04 index, the 3D printer perceives the model as monolith, i.e. as having no hidden layers).

Check this **Simplify3D User Guidelines to avoid any 3D printing problems with this software.
**On 28.11.2016, the 3D model files have been optimized. You can print them without following these Simplify3D guidelines, as the model is solid.

  • Infill speed: 50mm/s
  • Outer shell speed: 30mm/s
  • Inner shell speed: 20mm/s
  • Top/Bottom speed: 20mm/s
  • Support speed: 50mm/s
  • Travel speed: 150mm/s

The model has been tested and printed in PLA. In case you need advice where to get your filaments from, check our partner's website.


All parts will be printed on the built plate in such a way as to save PLA material, to keep to print pattern and to cut printing time, while avoiding quality loss.
