3D MODEL HISTORY

Few fighter jets are as synonymous with Hollywood aerial heroics as the Grumman F-14 Tomcat. Flying off the decks of U.S. Navy carriers and immortalized in the Top Gun movie, the Tomcat's swing-wing silhouette and formidable armament defined a generation of military aviation enthusiasts. With its array of missiles and pods, the Tomcat served as a fearsome interceptor and became an icon of Cold War air superiority.

Bringing the F-14 Tomcat 3D model to life wouldn't be complete without its weapons loadout, so our contributing artist dove deep into blueprints, cockpit footage, and movie scenes to faithfully recreate each piece of ordinance. The result is a dedicated 3D printed aircraft accessory pack: complete with AIM-54 Phoenix cruise missiles, a TARPS reconnaissance pod, an AN/AAQ-14 targeting pod, a realistic missile handling trolley, and a new thematic display platform. The 3D printed weapon STL files ensure accuracy, while the trolley is engineered with rotating wheels and a movable towing handle, adding functional realism for diorama builders. This pack provides the essential elements to enhance your F14 3D print and bring the full might of this iconic aircraft to your collection.
