3D model description
Overview
This adorable bulldog-style puppy pendant holds a bright heart and sits on a decorative round base with an integrated hanging loop — perfect as a pendant, keychain charm, ornament, gift or small display statue. Sculpted with deep carved-style wrinkles and fine paw/face detail, the model is supplied as a clean, watertight single-piece STL and optimized for both FDM and resin printing.
3D printing settings
FDM (Cura, PrusaSlicer) — recommended settings
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.12 mm recommended for best wrinkle/fur fidelity)
Walls / perimeters: 2–3
Top / bottom: 6–8 layers
Infill: 10–20% (gyroid or cubic)
Supports: Minimal — may require supports under the loop interior, slight undercuts at chin/hands depending on scale.
Orientation: Upright on the decorative base.
Adhesion: Brim recommended for small prints.
Filament: PLA recommended; PETG for more durable prints.
Resin (MSLA / SLA) — recommended settings
Layer height: 0.05–0.08 mm
Orientation: Tilt 10–25° to reduce large flat faces and peeling forces; position to keep supports off the face/heart.
Supports: Use small touchpoint supports on the back and underside; avoid supports on the heart and front-facing features.
Estimates: ~3–8 hours and ~25–90 mL resin (depending on size & machine).
