The model is a single, watertight STL with a decorative round base and is optimized for both FDM and resin workflows.
3D printing settings
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) — suggested slicer settings
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.12 mm recommended for best surface/fur detail)
Perimeters / Walls: 2–3
Top/Bottom layers: 6–8
Infill: 10–20% (gyroid or cubic)
Supports: Minimal — add supports under the loop interior and under the underside of the hands/heart if your slicer flags them.
Orientation: Upright on the decorative base.
Bed adhesion: Brim recommended for smaller prints.
Filament: PLA recommended for ease; PETG for durability.
Estimate: ~4–12 hours and ~40–150 g filament depending on size & settings.
Resin (MSLA / SLA) — suggested settings
Layer height: 0.05–0.08 mm
Orientation: Tilt ~10–25° (tilting reduces large flat faces & peel forces)
Supports: Place supports on the back and underside; avoid supports on the face and heart. Use small touchpoints.
Estimate: ~3–8 hours and ~25–90 mL resin (depends on size & printer).
