ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
Emerging from the hidden depths of the Hollow Earth, Shimo is a truly ancient and formidable Kaiju, a cornerstone of the expanded Kaiju universe seen in the movie Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Considered one of the most powerful Monsterverse Titans, Shimo is know as the primeval Ice Titan Godzilla, wielding devastating control over frost and capable of unleashing cataclysmic ice ages. This colossal creature possesses a fearsome reptilian form, characterized by her immense size, icy white appearance, jagged spikes running down her back, and glowing blue dorsal plates that hint at her chilling power. Her very presence commands the elements, making her a breathtaking and terrifying force among monsters and creatures alike.
Capture the chilling might of this ancient creature with the premium Shimo 3D model. Our contributing artist has meticulously sculpted this Shimo Godzilla 3D model, faithfully recreating the imposing form and unique details of the Ice Titan Godzilla. This highly detailed 3D printed Kaiju showcases Shimo's distinctive icy texture, sharp spikes, and powerful physique. Download the Shimo STL files to add the chilling power of GxK the New Empire Shimo to your Kaiju monster collection!
ADAPTATION FOR 3D PRINTING
Shimo for 3D printing is a static assembly model and its moderation and adaptation for different types of 3D printers took the Gambody team 82 hours in total. The 3D print's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the creature.
The cutting of the 3D printing design was chosen by our team to minimise the amount of generated support and some of the parts were hollowed out for you to save resin in the Eco version. In order to conceal the places where the assembly parts of the 3D printable model are connected, Shimo was divided into convenient assembly parts.
All assembly parts in the 1.0 FFF/FDM version are provided in STL files in recommended positions that were worked out in order to ensure the smoothness of the details’ surfaces after printing and that the 3D printing beginners won't face difficulties when placing the parts on a build plate. When downloading any model's file you will also receive "Assembly Manual" for 1.0 FFF/FDM and 1.0 DLP/SLA versions in PDF format. We highly recommend that you get acquainted with the "Assembly Video" and "Assembly Manual" before getting down to Shimo Kaiju.
The 3D printing design is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers. All STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
The scale of the 3D print model was calculated from the height of Shimo. The 3D printer design's chosen scales are 1:250 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:500 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions.
