Paragon Steel character is known in the video game world for his high durability. When engaged in battles and fights, he deploys close-range combat skills and is able to protect his teammates from foes with his powerful force shield.

His shield is actually the main weapon that Paragon Steel makes use in all dangerous situations, knocking down the enemies and passing through them. His shield is also a good protection against enemy projectiles.

The Paragon Steel model for 3D printing reproduces accurately the power and durability of the fighter. The 3D designers have modeled an impressive force shield with accurate detailing of game graphics.

Paragon Steel 3D printable model is 121.78mm deep,122.44mm wide, and 140.1mm tall. It will take you 42h 20 min. and 24.49m or 194g of filament to have it 3D printed.

The model comes in static form and is mounted on a support base, to facilitate its display on the shelf or desktop. The 3D model’s downloadable 3D files are provided in STL format, adapted for SLA/SLS and FFF printers. The files have been repaired and corrected in Netfabb and executed in CURA 15.06 and Repetier Host, and are error-free.

Generic

This model was tested in Cura 15.06. To avoid printing problems, we recommend the following settings:

Quality

  • Layer height: 0.1mm*
  • Initial layer thickness: 0.3mm
  • Bottom/top pattern: lines
  • Skin perimeter line count: 0
  • Horizontal expansion: 0.04mm (when entering 0.04mm index, the 3D printer perceives the model as monolith, i.e. as having no hidden layers).

*Layer Height 0.1mm is recommended for a better quality of the printed model. However, the printing time will double.

Check this Simplify3D User Guidelines to avoid any 3D printing problems with this software.

The model has been tested and printed in PLA. In case you need advice where to get your filaments from, check our partner's website.
