This 3D model consists of files in StereoLithography (.STL) format that have been optimized for 3D printing.

The Soldier: 76 3D model, inspired by the archetypal video game character, is the warrior fighting to expose the truth behind the Overwatch’s collapse.
Although his true identity remains unknown, it is thought that Soldier: 76 is behind the attacks against institutions and corporations that brought Overwatch organization down.
Armed with cutting-edge weaponry, Soldier: 76 has the speed and skill of a trained warrior. The weapons that make him invincible, the heavy pulse rifle and the helix rockets, cause increased damage to the enemy deployed on a small radius. The soldier possesses fighting capabilities exceeding those of the conventional soldier.
The Soldier: 76 3D model showcases all the video game character’s power thanks to the fine and intricate details. The 3D model is sculpted in Autodesk Maya 3D modeling program and it is saved in STL files for an effortless 3D printing. There are two separate parts: one for the figurine and the other for the heavy pulse rifle. The STL files are checked and corrected in Netfabb and can be easily handled in CURA 15.06 and Simplify3D.

On 28.11.2016 the model files have been optimized and made solid. They now are adapted to be 3D printed using any slicing program. 3D model files are already available for purchase and download.
This model was tested in Cura 15.06. To avoid printing problems, we recommend the following settings:
- Layer height: 0.1mm*
- Initial layer thickness: 0.3mm
- Bottom/top pattern: lines
- Skin perimeter line count: 0
- Horizontal expansion: 0.04mm (when entering 0.04mm index, the 3D printer perceives the model as monolith, i.e. as having no hidden layers).
*Layer Height 0.1mm is recommended for a better quality for the printed model. However, the printing time will double.
