ABOUT 3D PRINTING MODELS

Both Black Widow figurine and Klingon Bird-of-Prey model for 3D Printing were carefully modelled by our talented contributing 3D artists and thoroughly moderated and adapted for 3D printing by Gambody team. This bundle comprises the DLP/SLA and DLP/SLA Pre-supported versions that are specifically adapted to be printed on resin 3D printers such as HALOT-ONE. The process of adaptation presupposes that practical aspects of printing the model using the DLP/SLA/LCD technology are taken into account, and the model's scale and cutting are chosen to ensure an optimum result of printing.

3D PRINTING MODELS' SPECIFICATIONS

Black Widow 3D Printing Figurine:
DLP/SLA version:
- Contains 11 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:16;
- A printed model is 106 mm tall, 63 mm wide, 45 mm deep;
- All parts are divided in such a way to fit the build plates and to ensure that support structures are generated where needed.

DLP/SLA Pre-supported version:
- Contains 11 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:16;
- A printed model is 106 mm tall, 63 mm wide, 45 mm deep;
- The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supported for HALOT-ONE, hollowed out, and have drain holes where needed;
- This version features the same technical characteristics as the DLP/SLA version.

Klingon Bird-of-Prey 3D Printing Model:
DLP/SLA version:
- Contains 27 parts;
- The model's scale is 1:700;
- A printed model is 76 mm tall, 208 mm wide, 156 mm deep;
- There is a mechanism inside the ship that allows simultaneous movement of the wings up and down;
- The assembly kit includes a special key that ensures the simultaneous movement of the wings;
- There are two variants of the bottom part of the “head” and the photon torpedo launcher for you to choose from;
- You can display the model on a decorative platform or conceal the slot with a cap resembling a hatch;
- All parts are divided in such a way to fit the build plates and to ensure that support structures are generated where needed.

DLP/SLA Pre-supported version:
- Files are coming soon as Gambody team tests the new HALOT-ONE resin 3D printer;
- The STL files that this version will comprise are pre-supported for HALOT-ONE, hollowed out, and have drain holes where needed.

Disclaimer: The following printing settings are a recommendation, not an obligation. The parameters can vary depending on the manufacturer of the particular 3D printing resin and its peculiarities. The following settings have been tested using different brands and types of 3D printing resin.

Regular (non-clear) 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 30 - 40 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
Exposure time: 3 sec.

Semi-transparent 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 30 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
Exposure time: 2.5 sec.

Clear 3D printing resin
Bottom Exposure time: 25 sec.
Light off delay: 1 sec.
Exposure time: 2.5 sec.
