Version 1 and Version 2 are the files for Master Yoda 3D Model optimized for 3D printing, the preview pictures of which you see above.
It is recommended:
- to print Version 1 STL files on FDM/FFF 3D printers;
- to print Version 2 STL files on DLP/SLA/SLS 3D printers.
HISTORY OF THE MASTER YODA
Master Yoda came from a distant planet, but from where it still remains a mystery. His journey as a Jedi began when he left his home planet with his friend-man. On the old barely usable ship they went to the Central Worlds hoping to find work there. However, long before they reached the goal, their ship collided with a large asteroid and received such damage that it was impossible to repair it by the crew. For several days they drifted in space and no one responded to the distress signals. They were already preparing to meet death when their sensors detected a star system near them. They went there and made an emergency landing. They were found by the master Jedi N'kata Del Gormo who discovered to Master Yoda that he is sensitive to the Force. Sometime after the training was over the passing ship of the Galactic Republic received their distress signal and rescued two friends who by that time had already become Jedi. Yoda joined the ranks of the Order as a junior Jedi. Over time, he became one of the most powerful warriors. With his strength, anyone could hardly compare. He lived a long life and died of old age.
ABOUT THIS 3D MODEL
Master Yoda 3D model for printing was created in ZBrush. The model is saved in STL files, a format supported by most 3D printers.
FDM version features:
- Contain 7 parts;
- Made with locks;
- Removable part of platform that stylized under the nature;
- Can stand on surface without platform;
- All parts are divided in such way that you will print them with the smallest amount of supports.
SLS/SLA version features:
- Same as FDM but smaller and made as 2 parts.
All .STL files for 3D printing have been checked in Netfabb and no errors were shown.
Note: Before starting 3D printing the model, read the Printing Details for CURA 3.1.0. Software.
There are 7 parts for FFF/FDM version and 2 parts for SLS/SLA version.
Scale: His tall in life is 660 mm. Model made as 1/8 scale in FDM version and 1/16 in SLS/SLA version.

76.6 mm tall, 42.4 mm wide, 43.5 mm deep - without platform;
