Description

HISTORY OF THE ATLAS

The Atlas is a combat robot piloted by elite soldiers, the first ever Titan to be introduced. It seems to be “the golden mean” between all the other robots represented in the Titanfall video game series. The Atlas’ impressive mobility and imposing armour make it more dexterous than the Ogre and more shockproof than the Stryder. The Atlas is the first and the oldest Titan model and all the following mech-style robots were developed on its basis. The Atlas appears at the very beginning of the game and is highly valued even by the experienced players for its special Damage Core that when activated makes the Atlas Titan one of the most dangerous attacking weapons.

Printing Details
Important

To avoid printing issues and achieve the best quality, we highly recommend applying the following settings:

Generic

Below you can find printing recommendations for CuraSimplify3D and Slic3r software.

Cura printing recommendations:

These are basic settings that were tested in Cura 4.8.0 slicer.

The test models were printed on Ultimaker 2, Creality Ender 3, Creality CR-10S Pro V2, Anycubic I3 Mega, Anycubic I3 MegaS 3D printers with PLA and PETG filaments.

Disclaimer: The following printing settings are a recommendation, not an obligation. The parameters can vary depending on the peculiarities of your 3D printer, the material you use and especially the particular assembly part at hand. Each part that any model comprises often needs preliminary review and you are free to tweak the settings the way you find suitable.

Note:
- You can scale up the model (downscaling is not recommended!);
- All connectors should be printed at 100% Infill;
- For all parts of locks (“ge_lock” in “Source files”) you need to change "Brim" type to "Skirt" in Build Plate Adhesionsection.
