Features

The STL files that this version comprises are pre-supported, hollowed out, and have drain holes where needed. You may choose to print the STL files one by one or several at once, depending on the dimensions of your resin 3D printer's build plate. When slicing several STL files at once, the attachment layers (Platform Touch Shape) may overlap, but the supports must not come into contact. The assembly parts are connected using specially designed integrated connectors that fit securely into the corresponding slots. Optionally, for added strength and rigidity, the static connections can be glued together;

Description

3D model history

Gorgeous and extremely dangerous King Cobra is a monster that antagonised Zilla's only surviving offspring in Godzilla: The Series. Just like other renowned kaiju, the immense serpentine creature had its powerful body enhanced by radiation and laid waste to the human cities it considered its hunting grounds. And although King Cobra's hobbies mostly include capturing victims in its glue-like venom and fighting other giants, it seems to have been lured into 3D printing and even becoming a piece of art of its own!

King Cobra's brief appearances in the animated series were enough to let loose the imagination of our contributing 3D artist. Striving to render the creature in the most realistic way, the author sculpted the King Cobra 3D print model that boasts incredibly detailed and life-like skin textures and believable monster anatomy. In his depiction, the mutated cobra is raising its body and extending the spiky hood to threaten its opponent, and through the grinning mouth, we can almost hear its ominous hiss. Wouldn't King Cobra look epic when pitted against your other 3D printed kaiju models?

3D printing model features

Model-specific features:

  • The model's anatomy and proportions were thoroughly reviewed during the moderation process for the kaiju to be depicted harmoniously in the intended pose;
  • Giant body was separated on multiple parts for easy 3D printing and seamless assembly;
  • King Cobra’s head, tongue, hood, spines, tail segments, etc. are provided as separate assembly parts.

Printing & assembly details:

  • Provided as error-free STL files compatible with most 3D printers;
  • Optimized part division minimizes support material and ensures smooth surface detail;
  • The assembly parts in the FFF/FDM version come in the recommended print orientations for easy bed placement;
  • Assembly manual in PDF and video formats is included for both FFF/FDM and DLP/SLA versions;
  • The model is available in recommended scales of 1:125 for the FFF/FDM version and 1:250 for the DLP/SLA/SLS versions, based on the height of King Cobra (200000 mm).

What will you get after purchase?

  • 5 versions of King Cobra STL files for FFF/FDM, DLP/SLA, DLP/SLA Eco, DLP/SLA Pre-supported, and SLS files for all versions are available for download after the purchase;
  • STL files of high-poly King Cobra model for 3D printing consist of 61 files;
